Created in 1999 by musicians deciding to express their love for cuban an afro-latin music through their jazzmen sensibility. La Esquina Latina plays compositions and arrrangements written by the musicians of the band but also other tunes from salsa and latin-jazz masters like Cachao, Tito Puente, Eddie Palmieri, etc.
The sound of la E.L. is made of the heat of the horns meeting the pulse of percussions and the result is an irresistible call to dance while taking pleasure to listen to the music.
